Emily ortiz franco

Emily joined Catalyst Consulting Group as a contributor in 2023. She received her training as an business consultant, researcher and evaluator from the University of Puerto Rico, where she received a BBA in Marketing in 2008, and a MEd in Educational Research and Evaluation in 2013. She also completed a master’s degree in Public Policy Evaluation from the University of Seville in 2021. Emily is a program evaluator in formal and informal educational settings, and has conducted formative, summative, and impact evaluations for federally-funded projects in Puerto Rico. She also helps clients improve business processes and increase efficiency by supporting their strategic planning efforts and developing customized digital systems to address their information needs.
