Resa Berkeley

Hi, I’m Resa, a data analyst and evaluator in training who’s passionate about using data to tell stories that matter. I love finding patterns, making sense of complex information, and helping programs see how their work impacts real people.

I have worked on several federally funded projects, where I focus on student success, program evaluation, and community engagement. My background blends computer science, education, and evaluation and I am currently pursuing a master’s in data analytics to keep my skills growing.

I have recently joined Catalyst Consulting as an evaluation trainee to build capacity in the US Virgin Islands. It is my goal to utilize the skills that I have been taught in my academic years and the expertise I gain as part of the Catalyst team to become a skilled evaluator in the US Virgin Islands.

I am especially interested in how data can drive impartiality and meaningful change. For me, data isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, purpose, and progress.
